PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
We accept online credit card payments, ACH, Zelle, payments over-the-phone and cash (must visit our main office to make a payment in person).
Payments must be made in advance to secure a training seat.
To purchase a course, choose the courses you want and call/email us to confirm your class dates.
UPCOMING CLASS DATES:
We have classes at least 1 - 2 times a month. Schedules: 9 am - 5 pm, 6 pm - 10 pm, and Saturdays or Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm (weekend classes).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Money Back, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. You can cancel the training and get a refund up to 7 business days prior to the class dates, if you notify us in writing of the cancellation. Our iron-clad satisfaction guarantee: If you cancel due to reasonable cause during the first hour of classes, we will refund you if you let us know within 60 minutes of class start. Note: if paying with a credit card, if you request a refund, the payment processor will refund the payment minus their credit card processing fees.
Retake Policy:
If you miss a class, do not show up for training, do not cancel as indicated, take more than 2 hours of training, or purchase and receive courseware in advance, there are no refunds, but you can reschedule the remaining classes within six months of the original payment as a "class retake".
Retakes are only available for up to 6 months depending on the course. if you have not taken the pending classes after that time, retakes will expire and no refunds will be available.
If you cancel a class retake appointment, or cancel the same day of the training, no more live class retakes are allowed.
We will confirm retake availability 24 hours before the scheduled course dates.
Rescheduling Policy:
If for any reason you cannot make it to a class, notify us at least 7 business days before the training, and you can reschedule the class for a different time when we have enough available seats to accommodate you. If you cancel the same day of a class or do not show up for a class, it will be considered as a "missed class". After three missed classes, no further rescheduling is allowed and the class will be considered completed and no retakes are allowed.

By making a purchase under these terms and conditions, you agree and represent that you are authorized to pay for the products or services you have chosen, and you agree to attend the classes as scheduled with you or your company. You agree to notify us in writing or over the phone at least 7 business days in advance of the class, in case of a cancellation, and if you do not cancel as indicated, you agree that the class is not refundable unless there is reasonable cause during the first hour of the first day of classes. |
