Privacy Policy for PRO TRAINERS IT/ AUTOCAD COURSES.

We only collect the information provided by you in the course of business and this information is only used to provide you with the services you require from us.

We will not share your information with third parties for any reason, except as allowed by law or with our associated training entities (PRO Trainers IT and any of the training entities that are a part of the service).

We do not save information such as credit card numbers of financial information that may have been provided by you in the course of business. Our payment associates (google checkout, or paypal.com) may store this information for your service, but we do not know or have access to this information.

We do not place cookies in your computer, and we do not track users' activities outside of the website. We may collect computer access information for the purpose of determining site visits, and other statistical information required by us that does not uniquely or personally identify users.

Security

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative who needs to call you) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

We have established and maintain reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personally identifiable information. “Perfect security,” however, does not exist on the Internet. Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties.
